🕒 Processing Time

🚚 How Long Does Shipping Take?

Please note: Circumstances beyond our control (such as pandemics, natural disasters, holidays, or severe weather) may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to carrier logistics. For this reason, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates — shipping issues are the responsibility of the carrier.

📦 Will I Receive a Tracking Number?

Yes! Every order includes a tracking number, which will be provided once your item has shipped.

Please note that items may ship from different fulfillment centers worldwide, as our product sourcing team works hard to bring you quality pieces at affordable prices.

If you need help tracking your order, visit the "Track My Order" page on our website once you receive your tracking number.

❌ Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes — you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without any penalties.

To cancel, email us at valaapparel@gmail.com with the subject line:

“CANCEL MY ORDER”

✏️ I Entered the Wrong Address!

If you misspelled or auto-filled your shipping address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information as soon as possible.

We can update your address within 24 hours of your purchase. After that, if the order has shipped, we unfortunately cannot make any changes.

🚛 How Many Delivery Attempts Will Be Made?

In most cases, the carrier will attempt delivery twice before the package is returned to us.

💔 My Item Arrived Damaged

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away and include the following:

Your order number

A photo of the damaged item

We’ll gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost.
