Change of Mind, Sizing & Order Mistakes
Please review all product details and size charts carefully before placing your order.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

change of mind

incorrect sizing or fit

ordering multiple sizes to try on
Under Canadian consumer protection guidelines, retailers are not required to provide refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind or sizing issues when items are supplied as described and in good condition.
In some cases, we may be able to offer an exchange for a different size (subject to stock availability).
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on replacement items.
These requests are reviewed case-by-case by our customer care team.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:

damaged on arrival, or

not as described
we will make it right with a replacement or refund, in accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

Our team will review your case promptly and provide the appropriate return or replacement instructions.
Returns Process (if eligible)
If your return is approved for a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

We will provide a return form and return address.

Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging attached.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–10 business days.
We recommend using tracked postage for all returns to ensure safe delivery.
Return Shipping Costs

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, Vala Apparel will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

For any other return requests (e.g., size exchanges), customers are responsible for return and re-shipping costs.
Sale Items & Promotions
All sale and promotional items — including those purchased with discount codes — are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
Refund Timeframes
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
